One person. Cranbrook, near Exeter.

There is no agency and no sales team, just one person who builds the site and answers the phone afterwards.

I am Patryk. This is the whole company.

Three short chapters: why I started, who I build for, and how I build.

  1. Why I started

I live in Cranbrook, ten minutes from Exeter. I started ExeWebWorks because too many local businesses were paying monthly for a site they did not own. You speak to me on the first call and the last one.

  2. Who I build for

I build for tradespeople, vets, cafés, shops and other local services. Their customers find them on a phone and decide in about ten seconds.

    • Cafés and shops

  3. How I build

So that is what I build now: plain HTML, no WordPress, hosted on Cloudflare, with a simple editor so you can change the words and photos yourself. It loads fast on a weak signal and your domain goes in your name.

Why a freelancer, not an agency?

One person from the first conversation to launch: fewer handovers, faster decisions and clearer costs.

The request: “Can you add our new opening hours?”

The same request, two routes. With me it comes straight to the person who builds your site. At an agency it often passes through an account manager, a project manager, a designer and a developer first. MeUsually the same working day A typical agencyAfter four handovers
  • Leaner costsFixed priceAgreed before I start work

No sales team, office overhead or management layer.

  • Direct accessTwo weeksTypical for a five page site

You speak to the person designing and building your site.

  • One ownerStill hereAnswering six months later

The same person builds, launches and supports the work.

Your domain, in your name. It is registered to you, so you own it from day one.

Based in Cranbrook, East Devon

Made in East Devon.

I live and work in Cranbrook, ten minutes from Exeter. You deal with one local person, from the first call to the day your site goes live, and long after it.

A stock photograph of the East Devon coast. The light, from day to night, is animated with AI.

Tell me what you need.

Fifteen minutes is usually enough to tell you the price and the date. You get both in that first conversation.

Available now. You speak directly to the person building your site.

A flat-lay of everyday things from many small businesses: a cup of coffee, yellow tulips, hairdressing scissors and a comb, a dog collar and lead, nail polish, a tape measure, a paintbrush, a car key, a cleaning spray, a house key and a small potted plant

The phone shows example sites for made-up businesses.
